I keep coming back to this place because the staff helped with parking during my first stay. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, bar, restaurant. Plus, it's pet-friendly and has a no-smoking policy. Can't wait to return for Christmas!

The room was large and comfortable. The restaurant was fantastic with dishes to tickle the palate of the most jaded gourmet. The staff friendly and very helpful.
I cannot think of anything.

I was really impressed with the value for money at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great view of the river and mountains. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The breakfast experience could have been improved with more complimentary coffee pods in the room.

The spa is excellent, luxurious and the staff are true profesionals and fantastic.Very good bar staff and one exceptional breakfast waiter who was slightly older than the other staff but a true star.
A rediculous system of having reserved tables for breakfast. When I mentioned this to the manageress, her answewr to me was " you had a table, didn"t you". Not having the hotel telephone number on the room telephones so one does not have to trawl through the hotel paperwork to find the number. Why have a plastic badge pinned onto your dressing gown with the room number clearly displayed , this is for children not adults staying in a 5* hotel.

The Grandhotel Lienz is a truly elegant establishment, with its charming decor and attention to detail. The hotel's common areas are beautifully designed, creating a pleasant ambiance for all guests. As a senior woman, I particularly appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The staff was always available and ready to assist, ensuring that I felt comfortable and well-cared for throughout my stay.
I would have loved to see more engagement and attention to detail from the children working at the hotel. A little more warmth and consideration would have enhanced the overall experience for senior guests like myself.

Beautifull hotel with spatious and luxery rooms. Swimmingpool.
Menu in restaurant is limited. For a five star hotel few staff and service. They need a good gardener.

The best place in town to stay at...hands down. It was just a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for here.

The hotel was beautiful, the room very spacious and well designed. We enjoyed a drink at the bar in the evening. Wish we had tried the hotel restaurant, dinner in the town's restaurants was very disappointing.
Be aware that the saunas require you to enter naked. No bathing suits allowed. This was a little uncomfortable for us.

Our recent hotel stay was exceptional! The location was perfect with lovely outside sitting areas by the river and close to the town square. Our room was large and clean with a balcony offering breathtaking mountain views. The breakfast was the largest we've ever seen with delicious local sausages and cheeses. Staff were friendly and helpful with dining suggestions.
The wifi was slow, which was a setback for a modern hotel of this standard.
